Our client, a fast growth water technology manufacturing firm with a great long-term outlook is seeking a Financial Analyst to manage financial plant operations. The position will involve hands on involvement in the monthly accounting processes as well as determining long range financial planning for the firm. This position will offer future upward potential and growth into higher level Controllership roles.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
• Act as a true business partner by taking a leadership role in influencing business performance in the decision---making process
• Advise senior leadership on short and long term financial objectives
• Provide production cost analysis and recommendations for existing and new products.
• You will assist the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed in areas such as scenario planning, ROI analyses, profitability, cost reduction, and growth opportunities
• Supports continual process improvements and system enhancements
• Lead, train, and manage accounting staff Qualifications:
  
  • B.A. degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-5 years of progressive experience, within a manufacturing environment
  • Experienced with MS Excel
