Sign on bonus of $3000 will be paid in installments within your
first year!
The Collections Specialist will be responsible for all collections
activities related to the bad debt accounts assigned by their
District Manager while adhering to corporate policies and
procedures. This position will support all branches associated with
the district.Responsibilities:
- Review delinquent accounts to identify patterns, problems and
failed to meet promises on a daily basis.
- Identify outstanding account receivables and investigate
historical data for debts and bills.
- Makes contact with customers through outbound and incoming
calls to address outstanding balances and resolve delinquency.
- Use skip tracing methods, making contact by calling best known
phone number and asking customers the appropriate questions to
determine a solution for both the company and the individual
- Respond to customer account queries in a timely and
professional manner.
- Process payments
- Update account status records.
- Ensures collection efforts are in compliance with all state and
federal rules, regulations, acts and company policies and complies
with Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) and FCRA (Fair
Credit Reporting Act).Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience required
- Collections experience is strongly preferredCURO Financial
