Farm careers site. The Field Implementation Coach (FIC)- Flex
focuses on driving realization for specialized initiatives and
adoption of State Farm marketing and technology processes to assist
independent contract State Farm agents in reaching their objectives
and enhancing the customer experience. With the ability to adapt to
shifting priorities, the FIC demonstrates agility by flexing into
areas that require enhanced support for adoption, including the
support of first time agency candidates, first time agents and
company wide modernization efforts. Leveraging a strong acumen, the
FIC combines knowledge of agent office processes with Agency
Channel outcomes to drive behavior changes aligned with business
objectives. Support and agent interactions will be provided
primarily through computer/video and phone channels.The FIC role is
a remote worker position which requires the selected candidate to
work out of their home primarily. The ability to work extended
hours is required of a selected candidate. Overnight travel may be
required on an occasional basis. These requirements are subject to
change based on business need. State Farm provides a
tablet/computer, cell phone, other equipment based on business
need, as well as reimbursement for business mileage.Field

- Understands the needs of independent agents and maintains a
high level of proficiency in influencing the adoption of marketing
and technology processes with emphasis on leveraging digital
tactics and tools.
- Drives realization and adoption of initiatives in agent offices
that require specific business acumen for certain topics.
- Provides expert coaching, demonstrates strong influence, and
maintains a results-oriented approach.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to continuously learn, adapt, and
stay up to date with evolving processes and emerging technologies,
while maintaining a high level of technical expertise across
various technology platforms and initiatives.
- Partners with field leaders to drive adoption of enterprise

- Bachelor's Degree or higher-level education is desired
- An understanding of insurance industry, competitive

- Ability to learn web and non-web programs to drive adoption and
use of new systems and processes.

OneNote, Excel, and Word).

- Strong initiative with proven ability to work in a
collaborative team environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Enjoys working with others one-on-one and in group settings,
leveraging technological capabilities.Agency experience is
preferred but not required, and not limited to:
- Improving sales and office processes to align with Enterprise
priorities and Agent goals in multiple lines by providing agent
support with marketing & technology process strategies.
- Ability to have conversations to identify gaps in processes and
recommend tactics for agent selection and implementation to close
gaps.
- Technical expertise regarding all technology platforms: ECRM
(Salesforce), Agency Business System (ABS), NECHO, Integrated Auto,
Good Neighbor Connect, Drive Safe & Save, etc. and the ability to

- Potential starting salary range: $78,081.25 - $90,000
- Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and
experience
