Overview
This internship will pay $17.00/hour
This internship will be working on site in Peoria, IL at the JUMP
Trading Simulation and Education Center. This internship will
require the student to work full time hours (Monday-Friday). The
student will start in the internship end of May 2023 and work until
end of July 2023 or beginning of August 2023
POSITION SUMMARY: The Automation Engineer Intern supports the
design, development, documentation, deployment, and maintenance of
automation products by using a combination of automation enabling
tools including but not limited to SQL, Python, and UiPath. This
position also contributes to the analysis, interpretation,
presentation of and education on automation solutions in support of
OSF HealthCare's strategic objectives.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Current student, Junior/Senior standing,
attending college or university working towards a Bachelor Degree
in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics
or other related quantitative discipline.
Familiarity with analytical methods and how to apply them to large,
complex datasets.
Familiarity with fundamental programming concepts (Programming
experience is a plus).
Familiarity with mapping and analyzing processes and data
flows.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills/knowledge.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft
software.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to
be detail oriented.
