About the position:
Directs and coordinates the delivery of habilitative services in
compliance with regulatory requirements.
In this role you will:
* Train staff in behavior modification techniques
* Supervising and evaluating staff
* Developing new programs and maintaining electronic health
records.

About You:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field.
* Minimum of 3 years------ experience working in ID/DD field is
required.
* QIDP certification required may be obtained after employment
starts
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all
stakeholders
* Ability to facilitate and lead Interdisciplinary team
meetings
* Ability to navigate new/current technology
* Ability to problem solve using critical thinking skills
