Hospital/Clinic - Human Resources Director - Human Resources
Director Opportunity with a top Community Hospital in Western,
Illinois.
This opportunity is great for a human resources professional with
experience working in the community hospital setting. The
individual will lead a small team working in all HR aspects of the
hospital from recruitment, employee benefits, compensation
analysis, and compliance areas. There are over 500 employees at
this hospital and it is part of a much larger organization who
provides additional HR benefits for the organization.
The ideal person will have experience working in a LEAN environment
and understand LEAN principles. Six Sigma is a plus. Prior HR
Leadership experience in a healthcare setting is expected, acute
care hospital preferred. The ideal person will have worked in a
community hospital setting and understand the needs of a community
hospital. Bachelors required, Masters preferred.
