Overview $2500 hiring bonus paid after 90 days of employment! Seldin Company is seeking an Property Manager at Greenwood Estates apartment community in Peoria, IL. This is a HUD property with 120 units. The competitive wage will be determined by experience, certifications, skills and education. For this position you must hold a real estate license, residential leasing agent license or be willing to obtain the residential leasing agent license immediately upon hire which includes the following:Be at least 18 years oldHold a high school diploma or equivalentComplete a 15-credit-hour state-approved pre-license program ($150-199-takes 2 full days and can be done online)Pass the state license exam (Note-just the state exam) Contact our Recruiting team for more details today! • Casual Dress Code What You Will Do The Property Manager will serve as the supervisory position with authority, responsibility and accountability to plan, implement and monitor business operations of the property. Skills and Requirements
  • Leadership and team development
  • Solid judgment and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and organization skills
  • Budget and financial reporting knowledge
  • Two years of management experience
  • Three to four years of property management experience
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in any field, industry certifications will be considered.
