With this opportunity, we are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to help us meet our client and revenue growth targets through leveraging the services of our company to remain competitive and innovative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting strategic sales plans and plausibly presenting those plans to upper management.

The ideal sales Manager is also responsible for building strategic relationships within each account by understanding customer needs, developing solutions, and bringing expertise and thought leadership to each relationship in solving critical business issues for our clients.

The following includes the primary responsibilities that will need to be managed

--- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships through an in-depth understanding of their needs.

--- Effectively managing assigned accounts from both a relationship and revenue standpoint.

--- Achieving growth and sales targets through the successful management of the sales team.

--- Designing and implementing strategic business plans that expand the company client base of ARI and ensure long-term sustainability.

--- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports inclusive of plausible forecasting to the upper management team. This includes developing annual revenue goals for prime accounts along with strategic plans of action, and tracking mechanisms to monitor and manage them.

--- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Based upon the above information, the following are the preferred requirements that the ideal candidate will bring to the professional relationship:

--- 3 Year/4-year Associate or Bachelor's degree

--- 2-3 years of Overall experience in Sales/Account Management

--- Candidate should have experience selling engineering services / Digital /Cloud
--- Computer Skills: A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to:

* Word
* Excel
* PowerPoint.

--- The professional ability to read, analyze, and interpret:

* General business periodicals
* Professional journals
* Technical procedures
* Governmental regulations

--- The proven ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
