Job Description:

As the Branch Manager, you will responsible for strategic and tactical business development, hiring, mentoring and training employees. This position will also oversee time and productivity management, support budget and profitability margins.



Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items, as well as other duties as assigned or required.


Maintain a safety culture that aligns with company values, this includes all PPE and OSHA requirements.
Support and monitor annual operating budget.
Manage operational activities of Service and Parts department of Peoria Branch.
Oversee internal and external business opportunities.
Develop relationships with customers.
Support sales department with opportunities within the territory, including equipment sales and rentals, parts and service.
Communicate with customers through e-mail, phone and face-to-face correspondence.
Resolve employee/customer concerns/complaints and escalate to upper management as needed.
Research modern technologies and alternative methods to improve efficiency.
Work toward continuous improvement
Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures.




Reporting to this position: Service-Parts Coordinators, Service Technicians



Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the Branch Manager must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill and ability required.



Education/Experience:

Required:


High School Diploma, GED or continuing education
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Tools)




Preferred:


College degree and/or continuing education
Previous sales experience
Previous experience with/knowledge of material handling equipment




License & Certificates:


Valid Driver's License
Forklift Operator certification
