• Manage the daily operations of 1-4 community programs, including direct supports, person-centered planning, healthcare, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and facility maintenance.
• Oversee program staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Make hiring, promotion, salary, and disciplinary decisions.
• Ensure the implementation of program plans and monitor service delivery for consistency, engagement, and relevance.
• Be available on-call to support staff, arrange coverage, or cover shifts as needed.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of related experience in Human Services preferred.
  • Equivalent education and experience considered.
  • Compliance with state-specific education, experience, training, licensure, or certification requirements.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Effective communication skills for relationship management.
