Job SummaryIMPORTANT NOTE: EMPLOYEES OF OUR VALUED FORD AND LINCOLN DEALER CUSTOMERS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR EMPLOYMENT WITH WRITTEN COOPERATION FROM DEALERSHIP MANAGEMENT. Target candidates must CURRENTLY reside in PEORIA. The Digital Performance Manager is the single point of contact for the Ford and Lincoln Dealers for FordDirect's suite of dealer products and services. The primary role of the Digital Performance Manager is to ensure an assigned territory of Ford and Lincoln Dealers are aware of, enrolled in, and optimizing FordDirect's products and services. The Digital Performance Manager, a key member of FordDirect's Digital Success Team, provides digital product and services coaching and customer support to an assigned territory of Ford and Lincoln Dealers via phone, targeted marketing, regional meetings and in-person dealer visits. Position will require traveling extensively to perform essential functions and responsibilities of the role, both on site and phone required. The Day-to-Day- Provide consultation on product and service utilization and performance.- Operate as the single point of contact for assigned region of Ford Motor Company Dealers on FordDirect products and services.- Maintain and build a base of qualified Ford Motor Company Dealer prospects through effective consultative selling via phone calls, targeted marketing, and in-person dealer visits.- Assess and analyze Dealer digital market strategies, tactics, and performance in preparation for phone consultation.- Provide coaching to dealership team members to improve performance and utilization of FordDirect's products and services.- Build solid trusted advisor relationship with Dealer customer and Ford Motor Company team members by achieving aggressive consultation and customer satisfaction objectives.- Support and work cross-functionally to execute new FordDirect product and service launches and/or initiatives. - Maintain knowledge of product, industry market conditions, and customers' issues, business priorities, and challenges.- Develop and maintain effective communication with FMC team members, digital marketers, partners, and vendors to ensure the goals of FordDirect and assigned Dealers are met.- Provide post-sales support to ensure Dealer satisfaction. Other Duties - Abide by the policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct of the company.- Handle personal information ("PI") that pertains to any individual (e.g., leads, dealers, employees, job applicants, etc.) in accordance with FordDirect's Information Privacy Guiding Principles, privacy policy and public facing privacy statements on FordDirect managed websites.- Complete any required privacy training.- Promptly report any known or suspected loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of PI to the General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer or Chief Information Officer.- Adhere to the company's compliance program.- Safeguard the company's intellectual property, information, and assets.- Other duties as assigned. QualificationsExperience - Automotive retail digital marketing (3 years).- Direct solution selling experience (3 years).- Strong CRM system knowledge recording sales activity (3 years).- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a B2B environment.- Experience selling digital solutions to automotive dealers is preferred. EducationBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Technology, or Business Administration or relevant experience. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities- Effectively manage a high volume of daily interaction with customers.- Consultative selling skills including building rapport, assessing needs, handling objections and providing consultation.- Proactively problem-solve and multitask while maintaining composure and attention to detail.- Follow-through mindset to uphold a 'close the loop' culture. - A positive approach to serving customers and providing exceptional customer service.- The ability to demonstrate good judgment, high ethics and project a professional image. - The ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member with a positive 'can do' attitude.- The drive to identify and seize opportunities for continuous improvement as business needs change.- Excellent organization, flexibility and time management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.- Exceptional interpersonal and business communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
