---The Registered Nurse (RN) Digital Triage for the Saint Gabriel
Digital Health Contact Center provides episodic patient care that
includes comprehensive symptom assessment, patient education,
preventative care, acute psychosocial support, and timely
individualized age and developmentally appropriate clinical
recommendations for the patient or caller. Positive outcomes and
positive experiences are at the essence of care provided using
multiple channels such as telephone and electronic/digital means.
The RN demonstrates service excellence and accountability through
recognizing the direct relationship between cost-effective and
efficient provision of care and services positively impacting OSF
HealthCare Key Results. Care is aligned with the Saint Gabriel
initiative of creating an always available, digitally enabled
remote care platform that provides what is needed so that
individuals can navigate their health and wellness journey.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors
Licenses/Certifications: RN-Registered Nurse Experience: 2 years of
clinical experience in a healthcare setting PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS: ---Experience: 3 years of related acute or
ambulatory clinical experience Other requirements/information:
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record, Microsoft applications,
and keyboarding skills, with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per
mine Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a
wide variety of people Critical thinking and excellent
communication skills Proven ability to work independently and
