Internal Medicine physician employment in Illinois : North Central Illinois only 1 hour from the Chicago suburbs. You will step into a well-established and ready made practice. A competitive base salary of $220,000 (or more for desirable candidates). Production bonus formula.. Sign on Bonus $25,000 - Relocation $15,000. Student loan repayment $100,000 to $200,000 potentially. Long term earning potential of $300,000.. As an employed position, there is a full benefits package with malpractice, health, dental, life, and disability insurances.. Four weeks vacation; CME with expense allowance, defined contribution with 401K, 403B and 457B retirement plans, relocation allowance, and paid professional licensure and dues will also be provided.. Options for outpatient only or traditional (following patients to hospital) available. The new physician will have a 4.5 day work week, seeing approximately 20-25 patients each full day.. The position is located in the Illinois Valley area with a service population of 150,000. Outdoor recreational opportunities are available just south of town at several large lakes. Four colleges and universities are located nearby. Community is located just 90 minutes from Chicago, Illinois.. Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
