Specialty: RN-ICU/StepdownJob Description Aassess critically ill but stable patients, communicate and escalate changes as needed. Care for patients that are trached on ventilators, face mask ventilation, heated high flow oxygenation Take care of patients on inotropes, and various other gtts, wound care, total lift patients, intepret EKG strips and recognize changes, work as a team and independently, fast paced environment Provide patient care to the critically ill Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care EPIC computerized charting, Pyxis medication management system, Alaris pumps, various lift equipment, some ventilator usage on trached patientsQualifications Minimum 2 years Intermediate Care experience Recent experience in ICU or INT care 1-2 years experience in ICU or INT continuous Need to be able to go between ICU and INT.
