  • Work directly with older adults in a home-like setting -
  • Provide assistance with activities of -daily living -for -residents, which will include -their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating
  • Assist with ambulation and range of motion -exercises
  • Assist Nurses with delegation tasks, which could include obtaining vital signs
  • Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
  • Encouragement and Involvement of Life Enhancing Activities
  • Common computer skills for accurate documentation -
  • Great ability for -teamwork and problem solving skills -
  • Adapts to change brought about by external and internal situations -and to -be able to deal with them in a cooperative and mature way.
  • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, coworkers -and visitorsQualifications
    • Valid CNA Certification
