CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
*Active Illinois License and IMLC Providers
*DEA Required: Yes
*Board Status: Board Certified, Board Eligible(within 12 months of residency)
*Required Procedures: OBGYN traditional obstetrics and gyn procedures
*Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS


SHIFT/SCHEDULE INFORMATION:
Clinic hours 8a-5p
Weekday call
Weekend call
Fri-Sun 24hr/call 8a-8a


JOB INFORMATION:
* 60 deliveries a month on average (700 a year)
*EMR: EPIC
* covering for any OB patient that shows up at Saint Mary Medical Center
*IP rounds and deliveries
*General OB/Gyne procedures
*Flexible on coverage need. They would like to have a provider cover the clinic 2 days a week, 24hr call once a week, and 24hr weekend call once a month. However will take a provider that can work one week a month as well.
*For example: if Monday and Tuesday are the days: on call mon 8am- tue 8am, clinic 8 – 5pm, then Tuesday clinic 8am-5pm. Could have a lighter schedule on Monday the call day when on double duty.
*Additional selling points from the Medical Director:
Clinic is 8-5. Typically because call is not always busy during the day, the docs will see patients in the clinic while on call as we need day coverage as well. I am on call today and have spent 45min in Labor and delivery since 8am. Of course that varies and if we get tied up in Labor, we can reschedule clinic patients
