Sign-on bonus, relocation if needed, and $5000 annual CME fund. 4 weeks PTO while on guarantee, 6 weeks PTO after you move to Production. Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients and the community extremely well. Full time position including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access. Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination. Primary care for patients of all ages; average 20-25 patients per day . Call schedule requirement: Provider takes second call if needed after initial MyNurse triage.
