Job Description:
Overview
Under the direction of a health care provider, Clinical Nurse RN,
is responsible for the delivery of patient care that promotes the
safety and well-being of our patients. The RN, in the ambulatory
setting utilizes a systematic approach by incorporating assessment,
planning, implementation and evaluation in the practice of nursing.
Provides healthcare to individuals, families, and communities
within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Illinois Board of
Nursing. The patient population consists of individuals
experiencing psychiatric conditions.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $29per hour - $49.88per
hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for
the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual
compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of
factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience,
qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and
