Job Description:
Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel

work. Experience: --- 12 months of role experience is required from
any number of months. --- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit
experience is required from any number of months. Requirements: ---
Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
--- This role may require floating to additional units and
locations --- Local & travel allowed. Candidates living --- Flu
vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical
declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for

Additional Details: Scheduling: Expected to work every other
weekend, every other holiday where applicable. Block booking and
Schedule patterns are based on department needs. Guaranteed Hours
36 All nurses in department are Gen Med competencies and therefore
may be asked to float to any Gen Med unit throughout hospital.
Travelers Float First Bed size/number of rooms in the unit: SSU is
currently a 13 Bed unit, we have been approved/ plan to expand to
up to an additional 10 beds in new expanded location. Nurse to
Patient Ratio: 1:4-5; 25/7 Required skills and minimum years of
experience: General medical Level of Care experience preferred. All
RN's are competencies to general medical nursing. Work requires a
professional level of knowledge of nursing practice and theory at a
level that generally can be acquired by completion and graduation
from an accredited School of Nursing. Work requires six to ten
weeks unit-specific orientation and on-the-job training to learn
department/unit policies, procedures and work routines Dress Code:
No childish scrub characters, as we are an adult unit. 1 reference
from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required
for submission 1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) -
required for submission Proof of identification required
Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support)
