Job Description:

Requires a valid license: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, CADC, LCSW, LMFT, AADC, or ACADC.
Provides supervision to counseling staff and assists in developing treatment programs.
Performs clinical duties such as individual, group, family, crisis intervention, education, and relapse prevention counseling.
Handles case management as needed and participates in outreach and marketing.
Engages in quality assurance and clinical development, and develops learning plans for staff.
Reviews client admissions and maintains proficiency in electronic medical records and computer skills.
Must meet experience requirements: Master--------s degree with 5 years of full-time experience (including 2 in direct treatment) or CADC with similar experience.
Requires good physical/emotional health, and a minimum of 5 years sobriety for those in recovery.
Must pass background checks, UA, TB test, and obtain CPR certification within 90 days.
Pay ranges from $32.00 to $43.11 per hour, with benefits including 401(k), matching, employee assistance, and flexible schedule.
Position is in person, daytime hours only.
