Otolaryngology MD in Peoria, Illinois, 61637! Pay Information $275
to $315 per hour About The Position Pediatric Otolaryngology Locums
Physician - Illinois, 10 Shifts per Month ENT locums opportunity in
Illinois starting January 2026 with licensing costs covered and
long-term schedule stability. Highlights - Starts January 2026;
long-term assignment - 10 shifts per month; consistent block
scheduling - Licensing fees fully reimbursed - 90-day credentialing
timeline Practice Setting - Level 1 trauma center, inpatient and
outpatient mix - Pediatric-only population - 2 Pediatric ENT
surgeons, 2 experienced PAs - EPIC EMR system Schedule - 12-hour
shifts, available Monday through Sunday - OR hours typically 7:30a
to 3p or 8a to 5p - Clinic runs 8:30a to 3:30p - Includes in-house
or phone call responsibilities Cases and Procedures -
Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, and myringotomy with tubes -
Frenulectomy, abscess drainage, foreign body removal -
Myringoplasty, laryngoscopy, and septum cauterization Requirements
- Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatric Otolaryngology - Active
Illinois license or willingness to obtain - ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA,
and CSR required Travel Accommodations - Airfare, lodging, rental
