travel nursing job in Peoria, Illinois. Job Description &

- Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is
seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU night shift
position in Illinois requiring a current IL RN license, recent
Level 1 Trauma experience, and Epic charting proficiency.
Responsibilities - Work in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
(CVICU) of a hospital setting - Care for critically ill
cardiovascular patients in a Level 1 Trauma environment - Night
shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per
week - Utilizes Epic EMR for patient documentation and charting -
Participates in patient/family education using SVI resources
tailored to individual needs - Collaborates with an
interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care - Expected
to participate in performance improvement projects and quality
initiatives - Provides and receives constructive feedback as part
of team-based care - RTO (Requested Time Off) is limited to a
maximum of 7 days per 13-week contract - Returning travelers must
have a 6-month break following 1 year of continuous assignment -
Travel partners are not accepted for this assignment Requirements -
Active Illinois RN license, temporary license accepted - Bachelor's
degree in Nursing required - Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
from the American Heart Association - Minimum of one year recent
cardiovascular ICU nursing experience - Documented experience in a
Level 1 Trauma setting required - Epic charting experience required
- Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility
