Position is responsible for a clinic unit. Position coordinates the scheduling efforts of the unit RN's. Acts as liaison person to internal and external customers (i.e., pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, hospital administration). Responsible for developing and implementing plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements. Trains and mentors staff. \n\n\n \n\n\n \n Coordinates the daily functions and activities of an assigned clinical department. Responsible for overseeing unit operations, implementing changes and assist with the management of productivity. Serves as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders such as hospitalist, cardiac/cardiovascular physicians, and hospital administration. Develops and implements plans and processes to ensure compliance with quality, safety and standards of care.
