Registered Nurse (RN) | Interventional Radiology Location: Peoria, IL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,722 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 9 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Interventional Radiology RN in Peoria, Illinois, 61637! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 9 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Active Illinois license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: EKG interpretation and drip titration experience Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Interventional Radiology team. The unit consists of 6 labs for pre-op and phase 2 recovery. On average, we perform 20-30 cases per day, treating conditions such as GI bleeds, strokes, biopsies, central lines, drains, and vascular issues. The charge nurse is available during the day shift to oversee operations without taking on patient assignments. A Patient Care Technician assists in the unit. Nurses will work four 9-hour shifts each week, typically scheduled between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Call requirements include primary and secondary call, 6-8 shifts within 6 weeks, which may include weekends. The call response time is 30 minutes. Ratios in the unit are 1:1 intraprocedural and a maximum of 1:4 in phase 2 recovery.
