Registered Nurse (RN) | Rehab Location: Peoria, IL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,330 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Rehab RN in Peoria, Illinois, 61605! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-Hour Nights Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active Illinois license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Strong Neuro Skills Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Acute Rehabilitation unit. This unit specializes in neuro, neurosurgery, amputations, multi-trauma, cardiac, and complex medical cases. Patient-to-nurse ratios are 5:1 during the day and 6:1 at night. Nurses will be required to attend team conferences for acute inpatient rehabilitation. Nurse aides are present on the unit with a ratio of 1:9 or 1:10. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services are available on the unit. Nurses will use tele-health packs as monitoring equipment. Shifts are from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with every other weekend and holiday rotation requirements. Floating to other units such as LTAC or med-surg may be required, but nurses will not float to HAU unless properly trained. Scrub colors are flexible, but no t-shirts are permitted without approval. Nurses will need to learn specific documentation for rehabilitation.
