Type: Clinical Call Coverage Period: January 5, 2026 Ongoing
Clinical Shift Schedule: OR 07:3015:00 or 08:0017:00; Clinic
08:3015:30 On-Call Shift Schedule: Daily call during shift, extends
into evening (ends midnight or 6p) Call Type: In-House Telephone
Call Response Time: 30 minutes COVERAGE DATES Starting January 5,
2026 ongoing, part-time coverage PATIENT INFORMATION Patient
Demographics: Pediatrics Patient Volume/Census: 1520 patients/day
Rounding: Included Case Mix: Tonsillectomy, adenoids, tubes,
frenulectomy, abscess drainage, myringoplasty, laryngoscopy
FACILITY INFORMATION Trauma Level: Level I EMR System: Epic
Specialty Backup Available: Pediatric ENT team (2 surgeons, 2 PAs)
Reason for Coverage: New position / PTO support PRIVILEGES &
COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Temporary Privileges
Available: Yes Credentialing Timeline: ~90 days COMPENSATION &

REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active Illinois license (will accept
candidates needing to obtain one) Board: BC/BE in Otolaryngology
(Pediatric focus preferred) DEA: Required Certifications: ACLS,
BLS, PALS Experience: Minimum 1 year NOTES Providers perform
clinic/OR work while simultaneously covering call. Call
