Job Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a
night shift Advance Care Admit/Discharge Unit position requiring
Level 1 Trauma and Epic experience. Responsibilities - Work in the
hospital's 7P Advance Care Admit/Discharge Unit - Night shift
schedule: 7:00pm to 7:30am, three 12-hour shifts per week - Care
provided to admitted and discharged patients in an advanced care
setting - Level 1 Trauma environment - Use of Epic EMR is required
- Provide rapid assessment and interpretation of complex patient
data - Participate as part of an interdisciplinary team using
evidence-based nursing practice - Perform bedside lab testing and
ensure sampling compliance per hospital policy - Use SVI patient
education system for patient and family education - No travel
partners are accepted for this assignment - Requests for time off
(RTO) cannot exceed 7 days during the 13-week contract - Assignment
duration at this health system cannot exceed one year without a
six-month break before returning Requirements - Active IL RN
license or temporary RN license required - Minimum one year of
relevant nursing experience - Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required - Experience in a Level 1 Trauma environment
required - Epic charting experience required - College diploma in
Nursing required - Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from
