candidate will have a robust understanding of therapeutic practices
and a passion for patient wellness. Conduct individual, family, and
group therapy sessions to assess and treat mental health
conditions. Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical
experience and knowledge. Collaborate with healthcare professionals
to integrate clinical treatment with overall patient health care.
Maintain thorough and confidential records of patient interactions
and progress. Stay updated with the latest research and best
practices in mental health care. Provide crisis intervention as
necessary. Participate in continuous education and training to
enhance professional skills. Expertise in evidence-based
psychological therapies Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in
treatment planning Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Capability to work collaboratively with other healthcare
professionals Ability to handle sensitive information
