Radiation Oncologist Opportunity - Peoria, IL Seeking an
additional BE/BC Radiation Oncologist to join our growing practice
at Methodist Hospital in Peoria, Illinois. Position Details -
Established team includes 1 Radiation Oncologist, 1 Dosimetrist, 1
Physicist, 5 Radiation Therapists, 2 RNs, 2 Med Office Assistants,
and a Clinic Supervisor - Due to consistently high patient volumes
(30-40 daily), seeking additional Radiation Oncologist - Treatment
options available: SRS, SBRT, IMRT, HDR Brachytherapy (optional) -
State-of-the-art equipment: - New Varian Edge Radiosurgery Linear
Accelerator - Varian Truebeam Linear Accelerator - GE CT Sim
located within the department - ARIA radiation oncology record,
MIM, and Eclipse planning system - Participate in weekly
disease-specific Tumor Boards and clinical trials - Support
services: disease-site-specific RN navigators, oncology social
workers, oncology dietitian - Position open to experienced
candidates and new graduates - Leadership opportunities available
for experienced candidates; mentorship available for new graduates
- Call Schedule: 1:2 - Clinic located within the hospital -
Methodist Hospital is a 349-bed Level II Trauma Center, ranked in
Illinois for patient outcomes - Fully integrated system with Epic
