Job Description Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg for a nursing job in Peoria, Illinois. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, evenings, nights - Employment Type: Staff Registered Nurse – Nephrology Acute - Full time/staff/permanent position - Relocation and IL license assistance - All RN experience will be considered, including new graduates Peoria, IL Join a specialized Nephrology Acute unit providing high?acuity inpatient care for patients with complex renal needs. This full?time night?shift RN role offers strong differentials, a generous sign?on bonus, and a supportive, team?driven environment focused on whole?person care. Schedule & Pay - Full time – 36 hours/week - Night shift (1900–0700) with weekend & holiday rotation - Pay range: $32.94–$49.36/hr (based on RN experience) - Differentials: $4.00/hr nights, $3.25/hr weekends - Sign?on bonus: $15,000 for eligible candidates (new grads & external hires) Weekend Requirements (Self?Scheduled per 6?Week Plotter) - 0–4 years RN experience ? 4 weekend shifts - 4–10 years ? 3 weekend shifts - 10–15 years ? 2 weekend shifts - 15 years ? no weekend shifts Role Overview The RN provides high?level inpatient care, collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary teams to support patients across the continuum.
