Schedule: 5 days per week, but open to 4 days per week either Tuesday - Friday or Monday - Thursday

Clinical Details

EMR System: Epic
Practice Settings: Outpatient wound care clinic
Patients Per Shift: 25
Support Staff: 2 RNs, 1 Office staff
Trauma level 1
Must be able to supervise

Requirements

Board Eligible
Licensed in IL or IMLC
ABLS, BLS
NPDB
