Job Description:
Experienced nurse practicing independently in a similar clinical
setting, managing routine and complex patient care.
Demonstrates awareness of clinical situations, delegates
appropriately, and develops long-term care plans.
Meets competency standards, utilizing the nursing
process-----"assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and
evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social
needs, providing education to patients and families.
Administers medications and treatments per protocols, monitoring
for side effects and effectiveness.
Documents patient information accurately and assesses learning
needs.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), at least 1
year of relevant experience, BLS certification, and RN licensure in
the state or compact.
Position is per diem as needed, with no more than 950 characters
total.
