Assists with analysis of user operations and/or problems and develops system requirements consistent with business needs.
-- Formulates a plan, outlining steps required to develop a program, using structured analysis and design. Assists with preliminary system design documents and detailed design specifications including layouts, required procedures, and report designs.
-- Administers critical analysis of test results and delivers solutions to problem areas.
-- Designs, runs and monitors software performance tests on new and existing programs to correct errors, isolate areas for improvement, and general debugging.
-- Acts as project manager on small or intermediate system projects, and assumes responsibility for the development, accuracy, and completeness of the project.
-- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related experience.
-- Proficient with low-code platforms.
-- Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
-- Hands-on software troubleshooting experience.
-- Familiar with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
-- PowerApps, PowerBI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams.
