Custom Software Engineering Manager (Accenture LLP; Bloomington, IL): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Custom Software Engineering Manager in Bloomington, IL, and the job duties are as follows:

• Design, develop and test custom software solutions across multiple system components or applications.
• Create implementation or integration approach for applications and components.
• Design and code applications in line with programming standards and interface specifications.
• Architect development strategy for applications and components.
• Coordinate development streams in line with overall program(s) timing and milestones.
• Build deployment plan, including the development plan and schedule, keeping in line with overall project timeline.
• Design, build, assemble, and configure application or technical architecture components using business requirements.
• Team with stakeholders on application and component design to secure buy in.
• Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
