• Responsible to attain a high standard of cleanliness & maintenance of school buildings
• Experienced with building maintenance and/or cleaning
• Ability to read & understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures
• Knowledge of minor repair techniques and building and ground maintenance
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment & lift heavy equipment
• Ability to handle cleaning supplies
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Salary & benefits determined by the Board of Education
