Perfect Choice Exteriors is looking for a Super Star Call Center representative -for our Peoria, IL -market and surrounding areas to join our winning team. - Join our team of professionals and earn a substantial income, work for one of the fastest growing companies in the industry. General Purpose:

Customer Service skills is a must. Contact homeowners by telephone, set up qualified appointments for free consultations. -We offer hourly plus commission. Hourly is 11-14 depending on interview and experience. Commission is an average of 1500-2000 monthly starting out.

• Deliver scripted pitch to the homeowners
• Adjust scripted pitch to meet needs of specific homeowners
• Handle homeowner's questions and objections
• Obtain homeowners information including names and addresses phone numbers etc.
• Receive appointments over the telephone
• Input appointment details into the computer system
• Input homeowners' information and important details of conversation
  • Answer telephone calls from potential homeowners who are responding to advertisements
  • Contact homeowners to follow up on initial interaction
  • Update lead information and maintaining reports
  • Education and Experience:
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
  • Relevant work experience in telemarketing, sales, marketing, or promotions
  • Product knowledge --Training provided
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications

        • Monday-Thursday 10:15am-7:00pm.
        • Saturday 9:00am- 2:00pm.
        • Fridays, Sundays, & holidays off. Once a month we work Fridays to have one weekend off a month.
