Job Description:
Large provider of Community Health has a family practice opening
in Peoria.
Physician can expect to work daytime hours,very modern and fully
staffed office. Very reasonable patient load.
Out patient practice only
Work schedule is 4 10hr shifts or 5 8hr shifts
Call: Once every 7 weeks; telephone call only for 5 days (very
light)
3 weeks vacation. Increased to 4 weeks after 4 years of
employment
1 paid wellness day
5 paid sick days
11 paid holidays
$2,000 CME allowance with 5 paid days off
Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
Long term/short term disability Eligible for Student Loan
repayment
Paid malpractice insurance/tail coverage
Excellent salary
Peoria is located in Central Illinois about 150 miles to Chicago
and 1hour to Springfield. Home of Bradley University. Population
