**POSITION SUMMARY:**Responsible for the supporting of all maintenance and engineering related activities in the production of raw product (pumpkin) for processing. Support the management of financial budgets and capital expenditures. Support all plant operations at the Morton facility.**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**+ Develop detailed project scopes that account for operational impact+ Be a problem solver by creating solutions to problems in accordance with engineering standards+ Prepare specifications, bid scopes as well as evaluate bids and awards for various projects+ Ability to gain knowledge on all basic production equipment in the facility+ Anticipate problems and takes corrective action prior to equipment failure+ Master plant process flows, utility flows, capacities, procedures and practices+ Perform all other duties as assigned by management**REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL LEVEL:**Education+ Working toward an undergraduate degree in the areas of Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Biosystems Engineering/Technical or other related discipline+ Maintaining a GPA of 2.75 and above (preferred)+ Have strong communication, analytical, organizational, interpersonal skills, and are self-starters+ Possesses a continuous improvement mindset and strong problem-solving skills+ Open to working in a factory environment+ Sponsorship for work visas are not offered for this positionSkills & Knowledge+ Strong communication and presentation skills+ Analytical skillset for data tracking and results analysis+ Collaborative and able to work in a team environment+ Demonstrate exceptional learning capabilities+ Ability to deliver results on challenging assignments**Please note, housing and transportation will not be provided for this position.**The Nestl-- Companies are an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer seeking diversity in qualified applicants for employment.
