Job Description:

Our property management company is looking for a Residential Construction Project Manager. This job will include bidding, managing, and completing residential construction projects of all aspects.

Responsibilities:
--- This Project Manager's job will be to bid on projects and see them through to completion
--- Hold team members accountable, manage material costs and have overall quality control of the project
--- Must be able to communicate well with customers and management

Qualifications:
--- Must have experience and understanding of various skilled trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and trades associated with interior and exterior of residential properties
--- An associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory
--- Must have own transportation
