Job Description:

Aerotek is now hiring for 2 maintenance technicians in Morton, IL!Description:

• Technicians will be responsible for maintenance on the building along with all production equipment
• Repair and maintain manual welders
• Troubleshoot, repair, and program machinery including robotic welders, CNC lasers, forklifts, and brake press machine
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment
• Repoint and retouch the programs as needed
• Use blueprints
• Operate overhead crane/hoist to move large parts
• Utilize both mechanical and electrical maintenance skills Skills & Qualifications MUST HAVEExperience working in an industrial environment Read Blueprints and Schematics on electrical low voltage DC electrical Experience using hand tools including Torch wrenches 480V and 3 phase motor High Voltage Brake Press, Spot Welders, MIG and Pulse Welders, Robotic welders Run electrical circuitsMechanical maintenance gears, pistons Ability to read BlueprintsAbility to lift up to 50lbs Ability to operate an overhead crane/hoist to move material to and from work stationWork EnvironmentNot Climate controlled Fans throughout howeverClimate/temperature is dictated by the outdoor weatherThere are 2 facilities that these employees could be working in.
