What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with a team of supply chain and production professionals to achieve operational excellence.
• Utilize various sources of data to analyze and make decisions relevant to scheduling, prioritizing, and workflow.
• Identify gaps in processes and execute improvement initiatives.
• Exercise sense of urgency and independent judgement to analyze situations and create recommendations for solutions. What You Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, inventory or materials-focused capacity
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain systems and understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and problem-solving/critical thinking skills What You're Good At:

    • Time management and multi-tasking skills required.
    • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach members is required.
    • Success in taking ownership of problems and finding solutions required.
