Job Details:

--- Full-time
--- Commission based
--- Ability to earn $100K+ a year
--- Revenue sharing offered immediately (ask for details!)We know it can be sensitive when you're exploring the idea of moving brokerages. All inquiries will be kept strictly confidential.Job Types: Full-time, CommissionPay: Estimated $75k+ per year with no limits on income!

Responsibilities:

Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
Prospect for new leads to promote new business
Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process


Qualifications:

Organized and manages time effectively
A successful and proven sales history is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Self-motivation and drive
Tech savvy
