Job Description:
We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers,
sellers, and investors in the area. We're looking for a Showing
Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and
quality customer service.
Not licensed? Not a problem! Although you have to have a real
estate license for this position,--our main goal is to help guide
you in the right direction for you and your real estate career and
assist you through the licensing process.

realtors to work with them. Because of that, we have an opening for
the right person. We are currently interviewing licensed and
non-licensed professionals to fill the role of--Real Estate Showing
Agent.--

Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure
client satisfaction
Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a
timely manner to provide superior customer service
Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so
process is smooth and timely
Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to
schedule showings on a timely basis
Gather information about potential homes and local communities so
you can answer buyer questions
--- Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales
opportunities
--- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
--- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about
potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
--- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet
their needs and sell them a home
--- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a
quick and seamless transaction experience
--- The consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
--- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an
efficient and smooth transaction experience
--- Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their
satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
--- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about
potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
--- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home
wants and needs and close the deal
--- Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in
order to knowledgeably answer clients' questions
--- Work with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers to
show properties in a timely manner
--- Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select
additional homes to show
--- Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts, and
emails to uphold our agency's standards of client service
--- Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients
and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
--- Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that
meet their needs and budgets that resulting in more sales
Qualifications:
Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to
learn new systems quickly
Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
