Maintain expert-level knowledge of Frontier’s residential offerings, pricing tiers, and limited-time promotions to drive informed conversions. Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from discovery calls and product demonstrations to contract finalization, ensuring seamless transitions. Address hesitations with data-driven rebuttals and value-centric persuasion techniques to advance buying decisions. Deliver consistent results against monthly acquisition targets and KPIs, directly impacting campaign ROI. Document all customer touchpoints, deal stages, and closed sales with precision for performance tracking.
