Digital Quality Systems Specialist - Decatur, IL Job Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the oversight,
development, and deployment of ADM’s digital quality and food
safety digital systems and analytics strategy. The role will be
engaged with the global Quality and Food Safety (QFS)
implementation of ADM’s global eQMS, assuring effective use of
digital tools while supporting quality and food safety advanced
analytics across the company. Responsible for enabling successful
execution of ADM’s Quality Management System within ADM’s
businesses and facilities through the implementation of digital QFS
platforms. This individual’s responsibilities include leading sites
through the implementation of standard QFS processes while
analyzing and transitioning their current management systems into
new digital methods. Role works closely with the Quality Management
System (QMS) team, business stakeholders in the QMS, cross
functional process owners, and IT technical teams to ensure
sustainment and effectiveness QFS digital solutions. This position
will report to the Manager – Digital Quality & Food Safety within
the Quality Technical Center Primary Job Functions: Support the
implementation of the eQMS for ADM’s global business. Includes
process gap assessments, role mapping and standard work
definitions, conducting system training, and performing business
administrator functions in the system supporting implementation.
Maintain working knowledge of ADM’s eQMS and it practical
application to business units. Implementation of ADM’s digital
strategy to include but not limited to Auditing, CAPA’s, Supplier
Quality, customer complaints, environmental monitoring, risk
management, and digital HACCP. Identify best practice working to
drive standardization and consistency within all aspects of the
eQMS, globally, through driving the QFS digital strategy. Ensure
smooth transition and maintained compliance. Collaborate with cross
functional teams ensuring data integrity and traceability of
quality processes in compliance with ADM’s quality management
system while ensuring alignment of method and execution. Identify
and drive automation opportunities enhancing efficiency within
quality & food safety, including system integrations, automated
workflows, and analytics opportunities in collaboration with ADM
IT. Monitor and report on the reliability/health of QFS digital
systems and data, recommending solutions to remediate persistent
issues, ensuring system effectiveness ,and continuous improvement.
Act as change agent driving system improvements. Ensuring
consistency in successful implementation of the digital quality &
food systems. Collaborate with cross functional teams ensuring data
integrity and traceability of quality processes in compliance with
ADM’s quality management system while ensuring alignment of method
and execution. Support a data driven approach to monitoring and
driving Quality & Food Safety program effectiveness. Support the
ongoing development of ADM QFS digital roadmap and improvement
opportunities of the current QFS digital landscape. Including
requirements managements, maintaining ROIC, and management of
future projects. Supports colleague training, our support user
network, and change management efforts. Job Qualifications: Minimum
of 5 years related experience in a FDA/cGMP/USDA regulated industry
Project management and experience managing large scale initiatives
is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills, as
well as negotiation, influencing, and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with internal and
external customers Willingness to innovate and adapt best practices
